[#126] "Subversion Repository Browser" cartridge would be better located up in the SCM page

Hi.

I propose to move the repository browsing link above the repo statistics, in the SCM page.

It is much more convenient to have it on top, to avoid having to scroll... and developer statistics are less useful in everyday use, IMHO.

Any comments ?

What about using box for each item and offer the ability to the project admin to reorder the boxes, same as the project summary page ?
