Creating a second repository disable hooks that are activated on primary repository. You need to reactivate the hooks on primary repository. Hooks are handle by scmhook plugin.

at first glance, we need to add reference to the repository name when scmhook updates the deployed hooks. To do so, we need to store the reposotory name as a reference (refid ?) And we need probably to modify the systasks table to store the refid targeted by the action.
