[#822] not possible to activate scmhook repository hook

Hi,

we updatet do 6.0.4 yesterday and we can't enable an post-commit Hook.

One hook is a "Commit Tracker" and if I try to enable in, the checkbox won't be saved.

The Problem is that the query executed is an "update plugin_scmhook..", but there is no entry that can be updated.

Our solution is to insert this row when pgaffectedrows() return 0.

can you provide more information since I cannot reproduce on a fresh FusionForge 6.0.4 + CentOS 7 installation?

What kind of repository type are you using? Can you provide some screenshot?

If you need to insert a row after the "update plugin_scmhook ..." query, it looks like the activation of the plugin when wrong.

Can you look at the table plugin_scmhook on a fresh project who just activate scmhook plugin?
