From FusionForge Wiki

The install CD is available here. The system user account is ffuser (password: ffuser). To find out the password for the FusionForge admin user, you have to call

grep pass /etc/gforge/gforge.conf

On the CD, you can also find a VDI file for Virtualbox-OSE.

The configuration files for Simple-CDD used to build the CD is available in the SVN repository.
